Help Setting up google maps on comp

How can I set up locations to visit on my computer, and then transfer it to my phone?

There are 23 different locations I want to visit, but want to have them pre-stored in my phone.

I don't think you can do that, but I think typing in the location on the computer makes it come up in the recently searched list on your phone (assuming you sync your data)
