Try the following settings
SMTP server: smtp-server.****.rr.com (insert your locality in the place of ****)
Port: 587
Security type: None
Require sign-in: checked
Username: username@****.rr.com As above, use your locality in place of ****
Password: ***************** Enter your password
If Port 587 doesn't work, try port 25 instead.
