Setting up voicemail???

If i'm coming from a different carrier can i change the unlock code I forgot?

Do you mean your voicemail PIN?

When you switch carriers you set up a new voicemail account so your old PIN doesn't matter.

If you mean the unlock code for the phone - switching carriers wont change or reset that.

I'm not sure how those 2 worked that out but when I change from Verizon to T-Mobile and kept my same phone number everything stayed the same considering I had the same device.

Just throwing this out there for VM options, Google Voice. It's not carrier dependent so you could switch every month and still have your saved messages and settings. It's a wonderous tool, I just love it. It can be used for soooo much more if you sign up for a second number too. Give it a looky.

There are also a lot of VM apps out there, I've not tried any of them though.
