setting up yahooo email

Went and watched Utube video of setting it up but my unable to open connection. I have wifi off what else could be wrong. I exchanged phones today because the other one lock up in the off position. Help...
 
I believe it was working and Yahoo may have pulled the plug on it. Officially only iPhone and BlackBerry are "allowed" to access Yahoo! mail without upgraded to a paid account. Google most likely wouldn't enter such an agreement like Apple and RIM did since it would compete against Gmail. Search the forums here for dozens of other comments from the last few days... Good luck
