Settings App

I am currently using Toggle Settings to change my phone settings depending on whether I'm at home or at work, but I have now noticed a feature that appears to be missing. I just installed sipdroid to work with my VoIP system and I would like it to be on at work, but turn itself off when I leave. Is there a program which can do this? Something that will allow me to get the same functionality that I'm getting now with Toggle Settings, but also start and stop applications based on the profiles that I select?

By the way, I'm running 2.2 on a N1.

I believe setting profiles or phoneweaver can start and stop applications based on profiles. Tasker can do just about anything you like, but it takes some time to learn and setup.
