Settings background

When I went to settings the background was black and letters orange color. Some how I lost it. How do I get it back

Try a soft-reset.
Hold down the start button/fingerprint reader and choose Power off/restart from the options.

Look under theme and select high contrast. That was the only way I could get white text on my homescreen, and my settings BG is now orange on black...

I'm posting from my LG G6 and when I look at Settings it's still white background with Gray/Black text.
Which provider do you guys use?
Maybe that's their house colors.
Mine is unlocked.

T-Mobile. I cant see that mattering, but one never knows in this new age of corporate "control"...
