Settings page?

Hello - on my old M8, I could move the different setting buttons around or in a different order. Now when I go into the settings page, it's set with 11 shortcuts and the brightness bar... most of which I don't use.. any way to change this?

HTC and Samsung have removed the System UI Tuner from their latest devices which while a hidden app option would have allowed you to do that. What once was is no more.
I wouldn't be surprised if an enterprising app developer didn't come up with a workaround though.

LG removed it too.
