Yes, the label wording is confusing.
The best bet is to upload the file to online storage, like Google Drive, and then just copy/past the link to it here instead.
If you are like me and avoid Google, Degoo offers 100 GB of free online storage, and is what I normally use for this purpose.

Hey folks sorry I've noticed that there is several posts relating to same thing. It was only three,This one's referring to Play store permission with notification unable to toggle.
