Using a stock Samsung Galaxy with Froyo that I just got yesterday. I had mu Gentoo box preconfigured for SSH access and have no problem connecting with any SSH clients including connectbot. The problems start with the android sftp clients. I've only used andftp and Astro file manager's sftp client and on both I get the same error. InputStream is closed. Connection failed. Anybody know what's going on?

Not sure why it isn't working but this gave me a chuckle for sure.
Have you tried emailing the devs of those apps?
