well ive decided i need a new phone as my old iphone 3gs is getting on a bit although we did have some good times together lol

now im really thinking sgs2 although i love the way an iphone sorts out your music for u can someone tell me if the sg2 does this as well or will i just have numerous folders with different albums in them
plus i used my iphone as my main portable music player hope i can do this with the sgs2 as well

plus i like having album art whilst listening to music can i still have this

That all depends on whether or not your music is tagged (ID3 tags) correctly. If your music is organized properly in Itunes, that means your tags should be correct, and android will read the files the same way.

If the album art is embedded in the mp3 file, then yes it will show up. If the album art is just "associated" with the files, like itunes does, then no it wont show up.

can i still add the album art manually from a file on my pc onto the phone ans associate it with a certain album

It's best to do that from a PC. I recommend TagScanner, its free and very easy to use.

ok mate cheers for the info getting phone tomorrow really hope it lives up to what im expecting or ive 15 days to return it and will get an iphone but hopefully ill be sticking with it
