SG4 Speakerphone Problem

Just got the phone, all voicemails run through speakerphone when I cancel the speakerphone option nothing comes through the receiver. Additionally all incoming calls can be heard through the receiver but the other end can't hear me. (to recap the speaker and receiver both work just at these separate, inopportune times). For reference, driver mode is off.

Have you tried contacting your carrier. Your phone is probably still under warranty. You will want to contact them for help with that.
