sg4 won't stop talking

Two days ago my sg4 started talking when I would get on a web site. Is this an android problem or a google?

Hi debj223. You have a problem that I have no answer for. You pique my interest... is it reading the text portion of the page in view? In any event.. I'm sure it is most likely a setting on your phone that can be managed. Here is a link to the different phone forums.
