SGH-I337 upgrade options?

I have a Galaxy S4 (SGH-I337, AT&T) running Android 5.0.1 with baseband UCSGOK3. Are there any options to install a custom boot and ROM? The only references I've found seem to be for an older OS and different S4 versions.
 
Thanks, will try the first one. Unless the second link just isn't updated, I didn't think would work since my bootloader is locked (and newer), which means no TWRP either.
