Sgs2 text, coming soon?

I posted this in the gs2 section but got no replies. I requested it be moved. Anyway, I received a text from samsung saying the sgs2 is on it's way. My question is since I signed up on their site and said I'm with verizon does that mean a verizon sgs2 is coming soon?
 
well according to droid-life it's not coming to verizon at all. We'll have to wait for nexus prime or htc vigor.
 
SG2 is not coming, wait for the Prime it will be better anyway. Thankfully I'm running CM7 on my Dinc or I would be going nuts right now.
 
nothing is set in stone until Samsung says its not coming. The reports all over the net have so far been all wrong on release dates.

But if it does not come to Verizon Im probably done with them. Ive been off contract for 2 years they can bite me.
