Shape recognition drawing app with custom library

I am trying to research drawing/sketch apps for an android tablet, that support both shape recognition and the ability to create shapes, and add them to a custom library (eg. A triangle within a circle, that a user can create and store in the shape library within the app, and whenever they need that shape in future sketches, they can grab the shape from the library).

Apps such as Lekh Diagram and Autodesk Sketchbook appear to offer shape recognition and a UI that would be very suitable, but does anyone know if you can create a custom library or add to an existing library of shapes from within those applications?

There are some craft apps that have libraries like that.
I quilt, and I have a paid app that does have a pretty good list of blocks to make.

However, since you are just trying to formulate an idea, here are 2 free android apps that you can check for layout and index.

Patchwork DIY

Cardmaking and other crafts will also have libraries.

Hopes this gives you some ideas.
