Share a Google Play Music All Access Account?

Does anyone know if it would be possible, and within terms of service, to create a google account that's just for Play Music All Access, and to use that account on multiple devices that use different main accounts? As in, have one subscription that a family can share rather than having to have multiple subscriptions?

I found a few rather old articles that said you can't stream to multiple devices at the same time... which if that's still true, would really put a damper on a shared account.

It allows you to link the play account to 10 devices iirc.

I have my Gmail account linked as a secondary account on my GF's handset so she can access my Play library (apps and music)

I also think if you use the Web based player as opposed to the app, that doesn't count as a linked device.
