Share in Google Reader

Is there a way to share any web page from browser (not just RSS posts from inside the Google Reader) just like Google Reader's Share bookmarklet can do in desktop browsers?

There are applications in Market that add possibility to save page to Delicious for example (using "Share page" menu in browser), so I assume it is technically possible to make the same for sharing in google reader, but I haven't find anything like this.

Thanks.

As far as I know, there are 3 useful things that the Android version of Reader doesn't let you do:

1) add/edit tags
2) share/share-with-note
3) like/unlike

And, it also doesn't let you use keyboard shortcuts (which is only important if you've got a phone with a physical keyboard).

You can share and share with note, there's corresponding "Share" and "Note" links under every item in mobile version of Google Reader.

But what I am hoping to find is some application that let's you share just any page currently opened in browser.

D'oh! You're right, share and note are there. But not like/unlike. Nor add/edit tags; that's the one that I wish for the most (that, and the keyboard shortcuts).
