Help Shareit files ent to pc noshow

I have Shareit set to connect my Android to my PC. Sends from PC to Android work mostly. But files that say they succeed when I send from my android to my PC have never appeared on the PC, even with a full search of the entire PC, let alone in the folder I set to store received files.

Win 10 64
Android Galaxy A20
Android 11

Any help appreciated.

The "S" in "sent" is a no-show also....
Was it working before?
Is the pc correctly set up to receive the files?
You can always try other apps that do the same thing, such as Solid Explorer, in the play store.

Sorry I don't get it.

Anyway, I just fired it up again so I could properly describe what was happening....and everything worked! This was like when I tried to connect the two and failed several times. But when I came back after some time to try again, it worked flawlessly.

Apparently just a mulish app....

Sorry I don't get it.

"Anyway I fired it up so I had it there to talk about...and it worked. Same as when I first tried to connect and that failed, until I came back again later and tried again. Mulish app, it would seem.
