When I initially added Shazam to my HTC Hero I thought it might be a somewhat handy, but rarely used, app. It turns out that it's one of the apps I can't live without due to the fact that artists like to put out songs that, while sounding great, often don't have the title of the song in them (i.e. Black Dog by Led Zeppelin).
This is where Shazam saves the day. I've rediscovered a ton of great music that I always enjoyed but was never able to catch the title of. Shazam works flawlessly and to me ranks right next to voodoo dolls for it's magic abilities!
