Help Shazam

I tried Shazam on my TF but it keeps saying 'Unable to establish a connection.' The same version is running fine on my HTC Wildfire. Anyone with the same problem? Thanks in advance.

It could be that your router's firewall is blocking the port Shazam needs to communicate. If you could try it at a different Wifi location, it might work.

Thanks, but with my phone I use the same router. So that can be ruled out...

I contacted their support. Here's their reply:

" Hi there

I'm afraid that, for the time being at least, the Shazam app is not compatible with Wi-Fi only/non-SIM Android devices. This issue will be addressed and resolved very soon.

If you have any further questions, please get back in touch.
