Root Shell Granted Superuser Permissions

A quick reboot fixes but how can I perma fix it is it su binarys or something else

(If its the binarys how can I update them if su is built into the settings)

Did you my title on my comment and thread I keep running into Shell granted superuser permissions and I'm tring to figure out how to update the super user app/binarys that are built into the system
