Shop savvy app question

Maybe its me but the shop savvy app doesnt work or not with everything, i tried it on 2 products that were branded eg pepsi and it only recognised the bottle of pepsi, do i need to change and settings

I was guilty of this myself when I first tried the app. I scanned a bottle of Heineken and it didn't work - I was disappointed. Then I wondered why the hell I needed to scan that anyway.

Then I scanned something that actually made sense, a case of diapers (which I recently learned are shockingly expensive), and it worked great. I got a mess of online and local prices.

So, I have to agree in that aspect. Scan stuff that makes sense and not cheap little things that cost the same everywhere - I mean, are you really going to shop around for a Heath Bar anyway?
