shortcut to turn off notifications ???

dubln

Lurker
i'd like to be able to put a shortcut on my homepage to easily turn off all email/sms notifications while i sleep but still be able to have phone calls ring.
i do it now by going into sound & display, then ringer volume, then uncheck "use incoming call volume for notifications", then turn notifications volume off. what a PAIN. I still want to be able to receive phone calls but not get woken up by random emails and ppl bothering me with texts at 2 in the morning.
does anyone know of an easy way or app that will do this?

There are probably many other ways to do that, but the only I can think of for now is an app called Bedside. It is a night clock that has options to silent your phone when the app starts, but it has options to leave either phonecalls or texts alone and still allow them to have sounds.

I use quick profiles. This allows you to do what you were looking for. I put the profile widget on my home screen and created several profiles. One of which I called "sleep". You can select to have your ringer on but notifications off. There are so many options I can't go through them all, but I think it is what you are looking for.
