Shortcuts - Any?

Looking for a tweak or an App that is basically a shortcut tool.
I have long e-mail addresses and passwords, if there was a shortcut app that would be great.
 
ah, something more hotkey - if thats the right term.
In Windows 'I" can assign a hotkey on the keyboard to run a particular command or application.

Likewise I am looking for a way to input/enter say an e-mail address or something that is more than 10 characters via say 2 key taps instead of typing the entire information.
 
Just put a shortcut on the homescreen, long press the home screen and go from there.
 
Thanks but not quite sure it that will work.

There are a few apps that I use that require a log in, I am trying to find a way that with a few quick (1 to 3 taps of a key) I have entered my user ID and password and then good to go in that particular App.

Much like ShortKeys (ShortKeys Home Page) or KeyPass
