Should I choose snapdragon 855 or 675?

Hello people. These chips are best flagship and mid-range in 2019. I wonder which one should I buy? I'm planning to buy a phone and it's obvious that 855 is better performer, however i heard it drains much more battery despite having thinner 7nm over 11nm of 675, is this true? Also the 855 offers "elite gaming" option with 120fps, the 675 doesn't have that so the 855 drains more battery in gaming, is this true? So it's like 855 gives better performer mance and eye candy but drains more battery? What are things better on 855 and things better on 675? Which one should I pick? I Think I'm ok with above average performance(still very good) and above average fps gaming on max settings and still have great battery life. thank you people!

Generally speaking, the lower nm value the better in terms of power consumption or speed, for example a cpu made with 14nm process is better than a cpu made with 22nm process.
