Help should i flash "BL - CP - CSC" or only the AP file ?

1- hi guys , should i flash "BL - CP - CSC" or only the AP file ?
2- what if i only flash AP file ?
3- what is the purpose of changing the CSC to another region ? does that means that i will receive the update via ota at the same time with the flashed csc region ?
4- can i only flash a new csc or i halve to flash a whole new rom to make it work ?

Im assuming you are talking about odin,so your phone must be samsung,it's alway's wise to get the correct rom for your samsung device and place it in the Ap selection,but only one thing stops these common instructions...
What went wrong with your device for you to be doing a flash...

See if this explains CSC codes and what they are for. I think most international Samsung phones are multi CSC capable and you can flash any of the Roms that match.
