Should I flash the Incredible Revolutions Theme with Virtuous 3.2?

I have read that the Incredible Revolution Theme reverts back to the August/September build of Froyo so I should not flash it on top of Virtuous 3.2, is that true? Any one have any additional information on that topic?
 
thats what seemed to have happened to me. Or I did something wrong. I get like half of the features installed by the layout is like the old froyo 2.2
