Should I leave on charger past 100%

One of the issues with this phone's battery is that I only get down to 50-65% at the end of the day. I have to charge everyday b.c. there is always a chance my second day will be high usage or there will be a catastrophic metro delay and I'll be stuck for hours.

Long story short is it bad to charge each night, when the phone hits 100% after ~3hrs then continues to charge for another ~4?

The phone has a charge regulator in it that will trickle it back.

I use Battery Doctor as a Switcher and if it is up when charging, it will show you what rate the battery is accepting. There are 3 rates, Fast, Medium and Trickle.

I leave the phone on the wireless charging pad all night, it is always "topped off" at 100% when I take it off. No problems.
