Should I return my 10" Tab 3 for a Tab 4?

I am still in the return period for my Tab 3. Should I return my 10" Tab 3 for a Tab 4? Do I lose anything? Do I gain anything major? I'm not sure what to do. Thanks.

The 4 is slightly faster but the 3 has better cameras.

What would you do? Also, what is in place of the menu button now?
