Hi everyone.my phone is Huawei Y9 (2019). while i turn on the mobile data it just shows 4G. there is the 4G+ (LTE Advanced) feature in my area but the phone doesn't show it.. what i have to do for bring it to top of the screen...?
And the more important question is : how can i know that my phone is connected to the 4G+?

I assume your Y9(2019) has latest version of EMUI. Go into settings and search for "LTE", you should see "LTE high-speed mode" or "LTE carrier aggrigation" come up, is it ON or OFF?

If it's off turn it on, and then restart the phone. If your phone and your carrier supports it you should "4G+" in the notification area by the signal gauge.

You might see "HD" as well with a Huawei phone, if your carrier supports HD calling.

Thank u for your attention.
I searched the "LTE" in the settings but there wasn't any option named "LTE high-speed mode" or "LTE carrier aggrigation".
What else.
..?

That sounds like the Y9 just doesn't support this mode. I'm familiar with Huawei Mate and P series, which do. My Mate 10 didn't have it initially when I bought it, but was added when it updated at sometime.

Is your Y9 running EMUI 10? Which is Android 10 based.

EMUI VERSION IS : 9.1.0
ANDROID VERSION : 9

EMUI 9.1, not sure, but that might be it. I'm almost certain my Mate10 squired 4G+(LTE Advanced) when it was updated to EMUI 10(Android 10) late last year. It could be that the Kirin 710 SoC in the Y9 just doesn't support this mode?

I'm actually in China, and the have found 4G+ seems to come and go depending on where I am. In Beijing it is always 4G+, but here in Janan it seems to be patchy, At my apartment, sometimes there's 4G+, and other times it's just 4G.
