Network mode problem: need help!!!

I've got a Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900T. Currently I just encountered a network problem related to internet access and network stability. My phone used to work well on any network mode, but now it only runs on LTE and GSM mode. When I connect to WCDMA (3G) or when I lost 4G connection, I cannot access to internet at all even the network data indicator shows that it is connected to H+ and full signal. Not just that, I also find that my phone is almost always unavailable to receive phone call whenever it is in WCDMA network mode.

How can I fix this?

Have you spoken to your service provider? It could be a problem with your account settings or SIM, or possibly a network problem, any of which would be something that only they could help with.
