Help Showbox on tv - aspect ratio

Hi, I have showbox on my samsung j5 mobile and samsung tab e. Aspect ratio on both devices its good but when i watch movies using allcast on tv the ratio is bad. On tv the black lines at the top and bottom are not there because the picture its full so everything its stretched. For example a ball looks like an egg because its stretched

Is there any setting please?

Sounds like a issue with allcast. Is there a setting in allcast for that?
I've never had a problem using a Chromecast. Also, it depends on the original aspect ratio of the file being streamed

An issue with the TV possibly. What TV is it, a modern 16:9 aspect ratio wide-screen, or an older 4:3, like a CRT one? Does this "Allcast" thing not have a setting for aspect ratio of the TV? I've never heard of it myself.

Tv is modern 16:9 widescreen, its a Thomson Z5 Series. Regarding Allcast I'm also new to it but I think it has no settings.
