Whenever I shutdown my Thomson MID1002 Tab it restarts and resets the device. It is not manual reset, its automatic. It never shuts down. Pls help me.

Check you haven't got some "fast boot" setting enabled - I don't know this device, but look through the settings for anything related to restarting or button behaviour.
