My phone keeps shutting off, battery is still good. it only will come back on when I do a hard reset. Then I get a pic of the android robot laying down and his belly door open and an ! symbol. if I hit power again I get a screen to choose to restart in safe mode, normal, or system restore. its continually doing this. (its a refurbished after my first one cracked screen)
