Sick of tiring of this issue

Im sick of tiring of this issue all the time, i had enough. everytime i try to sms or download something always get this error "Insufficient space" or "Not enough internal memory space" its really annoying and i really had enough. im so close of smashing my phone. how do i avoid this issue?

i got a lg e400f or a optimus l3 or something, and i got 32 gb of sd card and 1gb or not evan half of a gb of my internal memorry. please help im so mad

Can you show us a screen shot of your internal memory, I have never seen a phone say it is out of memory and it not be out of memory. Have you tried gettig rid of some apps? Moving all your photos to the external SD?

Also side English grammar note, it would be "Sick and tired of this issue"

Get the Storage Analyzer app in google play store. It's free. Use it to find which app or files are taking up all your memory

Are they directories on your computer? Can you upload to photobucket or something like that?

1) You'd uninstall some of your apps for to enlarge the system storage.

2) ES File Explorer has a build-in download manager which let you choose a download folder. Create a folder 'Download' (or a name that you like :) ) on your SD card and set ES on it.
When you start download a file you'll be asked which download manager should do it ... then you'd choose ES's download manager instead of the stock's.
So downloaded files won't take place on your phone storage anymore.

3) Some apps like offline navigations and offline dictionaries let you choose the storage place for their large data.
So you'd analyze your phone's storage for apps with large amounts of data (like tube517 has already recommended in his post above).
I'd use 'DiskUsage' for the job :)
When you've found such apps, look on their settings for the option to switch their data's folder place from phone storage to the SD card (... and then shove the data).
