I'm confused because you didn't offend me ever, that's actually sort of hard to do anyway. No worries and it's certainly not a big deal (most of the time)

No it's just on my current job I instruct employees with sensitivity training. So it's somewhat imperative to know what gender a person or persons is I'm communicating with to not overstep certain boundaries during conversation. In layman's term stay in my Lane at all times and don't venture out of it.

I had signed up years ago, but didn't realize that it was a business account, therefore not eligible for Informed Delivery. So I made a personal account with my home address and all is good now.
