Signal Booster for your Android device..

I Kid you not, but since I installed this application, my 3G/4G and WiFi connections have been much better than before. The application is free on "Google Play."

Sorry to hear that. Try uninstall/reinstall the application. Keep in mind that this application will only "boost" the network connection you "already" have.

It works great for me. :)

Tried that, made no difference and there is no undo option, in fact it completely killed my network connection, data and calls.

Doing a restore now, unless you have a backup i'd recommend people avoid this app.

Wow, you are the only person that I've read who had a bad experience (like that) with this application. What kind of device do you have? Just like any other applications or modifications; i.e. "rooting" there are always a "disclaimer" posted that you should read before attempting installation. Nonetheless, I'm sorry if that had happend to your device. This application has gotten a lot of positive feedback. I guess not all devices will see the awesome outcome of such an incredible application. I'm using an EVO 3D.

I'm not a developer, so I wouldn't have the answer to that. However, you can send an email to the dev - I'm sure he'll explain this to you.

P.s. I ask myself the same thing about rooting, but results show that it does what it says. :)
It's obvious that this app might not work well with all devices.
 
Cool animation, that's about it. Running speed tests on my Optimus-V (average of 5 tests in a row):

Before install:
1145 down - 326 up - 210 lat
After running Signal Booster:
978 down - 178 up - 241 lat

Just a waste of memory IMO. Surprised at the high rating.
 
I was using Open Signal Maps and my signal would fluctuate around my normal. Normal signal strength at work is 61% and after applying this, it would vary between 51% and 65% with occasionally climbing to 70%. The high fluctuation caused me to show another bar. It's hardly a 'must have' as it seems to do little. There would be little to no improvement in quality or speed over 4-7% increased signal.
 
You know.... Switching to Airplane mode then switching back DOES THE EXACT SAME THING. It just resets the connection which does in fact increase your speed. I do this all the time when my internet connection slows down. So does it really BOOST your speed. Theoretically yes, but it is just a gimmick.

However, I have to give the developer props for marketing on this FREE OPTION that is already on your android device.
