Hi guys i have a quick question(and possible solution) about this known HOX problem.
The problem is when the phone signal drops out but when you go into a better coverage area the phone does not regain the signal and you have to either restart the phone or turn the airplane mode on and back off again then the signal comes back.
Anyway someone suggested switching the network mode from GSM/WCDMA auto to WCDMA only and this seems to have cured the problem!
So my question is, is there any disadvantage to having the preferred network mode set to WCDMA only? Will i still be able to do everything as before? Will MMS work ok etc?
Thanks in advance
