Signal loss while using data

For the past few months I've been having an issue with service dropping out completely while using data. It's almost as if Big Red is watching me and cuts me off. I have unlimited and use about 15gb a month. Anyone else have this happen?

For the past few months I've been having an issue with service dropping out completely while using data. It's almost as if Big Red is watching me and cuts me off. I have unlimited and use about 15gb a month. Anyone else have this happen?

Never. And I use a jetpack (for my laptop) and my Note 2, often at the same time.

I'm suspecting your device just may need a SIM card pull. Power down first, then remove the SIM card, wait a minute, put it back in. Might remedy the issue.
