Hi all,
I just activated my AT&T service (actually switched from iPh4 to N5). My signal bars show 4 (full) bars with a "H" next to it. What speeds is this? (HSPA+? or LTE?)
I was expecting the device to show 4G or LTE, but it has been showing H. I installed a speed test app and also ran a test. With my wifi turned off (of course
) my downloads were as low as 0.01Mbps and uploads were 1Mbps. However I was able to open websites on chrome at reasonable speeds (definitely not as slow as 0.01Mbps).
Can anyone tell me if the H is indeed LTE speeds and if so what it stands for? Also why is speed test not working? As a sanity check I ran the speed test app with wifi and got download 8.8Mbps and upload 7Mbps.
Thanks,
Spy
