Signal Strength Widget

Could you guys recommend one? Is there a signal strength widget that works while roaming, identifying the tower location and carrier?

I was hoping to find an app that would tell me what network I'm roaming on, when I roam. If, it's even possible.
 
Yea, I could use something like that when I'm roaming up in the northeast. I got some nasty expensive international roaming when I was up in Niagara Falls this year. Never crossed the boarder but the Canadian side towers picked up the signal better, and I got the bill.
Glad to say that uscc did reverse/remove the charges for me.
