Newbie
Hello
I am using an LYF flame 1 device with the lollipop and dual sim
It's having 4g VOLTE support and I'm using the VOLTE sim
Every time when I'm using my phone or using the Internet the signals crashes
I'm having two sims one is 4g(VOLTE) and other 2g. They both crashes and phone hang for 20 to30 seconds
Every task I'm doing at that time will be closed sometimes struck. It's happening every time I use my phone.
when I'm using WIFI it won't happen that means whenever I'm using the sim service the phone hangs
It's happening from my day 1 onwards of using this phone
Need help

The phone is having less memory. So uninstall fb and use fb lite and uninstall app that uses large amount of memory. Try cm lite. It has various option. Battery hibernation will help you.

It's not like that
i don't have even a single app installed in my phone. This problem is happening even for a freshly reset device.
I tried on the freshly flashed device and its happening again and again

Sounds like might be buggy firmware, or maybe even an actual hardware problem with the phone.

And if it's been happening from day one. I presume it's under warranty then, and so see about obtaining a repair, exchange or refund. If it is actually faulty, there's very likely not a lot else you can do.

yeah it's under warranty but I contacted for the guys who are having the same phone and they told that they are having the same problem
cant we do anything using software side coz its only happening while using mobile internet and not on wifi
