SIII and Bluetooth 4.0

So, I've always liked the idea of a bluetooth headset, but in my experience, waaaaaaaay back in the Bluetooth 1.0 days (ahhhh, memories!) it was a terrible battery drain on the phone.

Has anyone used a bluetooth headset with the SIII and if so how would you rate the power consumption?

Piggish or puny?

Follow-up question:

Does the headset itself also have to be 4.0?

If you use a 2.0 headset does it drain the phone's battery faster than a 4.0 headset?

Might be a silly question, but thought I'd err on the side of caution and ask.
