Sillicon case, does it get dirty easily?

I am using a TPU, but I see some cute silicone case online and want to get one. I have some questions:

Does sillicone case textured like an eraser ?
Does it get dirty easily ? (like if I put it in my jeans, will it got some blue color, just like if you put an eraser in your jeans)

(Logically, soft plastic case give more protection than hard plastic case.
e.g. drop phone on the ground. ) What's the different between TPU and sillicone and any other "soft plastic" case ?

The tackiness that makes them easy to hold also makes them easy to get dirty. Shouldn't turn blue but will pick up pocket lint, etc. My main problem with them is they are hard to get in and out of pockets, again due to the tacky texture. That is why I always buy OtterBox cases. They utilize a combination of soft tacky rubber/silicone and hard plastic. The Commuter is a good compromise for size and protection. The Defender is the ultimate in protection but is pretty big.

In my own observation, no it doesn't get dirty easily. I think it depends with the quality of the silicon case, what it is made from and how it was made. Mine was made by minisuit and it definitely serves its purpose to my smartphone.
