Silly Marketplace Question?

Since I am new to Android if I buy an app once then uninstall it and redownload it do I get charged twice?

Ok wasnt sure...is there a way to get the marketplace to bill several purchases over a day or two as one billing?

Not at present as far as I know...I seem to remember seeing something in the last couple weeks indicating that at some point there might be an option to put it on one's phone bill, but I'm fuzzy on specifics or which carrier(s) were involved. I could be way off.

When you buy an app and it's uninstalled or say you factory reset, when you go to Market>Downloads you will see the usual text beside the program. It will say Purchased in red letters so you can download as freely as you ever want. I believe your Google checkout keeps track of that.
