Help SIM Card in different carriers phone?

I was wondering if i could switch out SIM cards into a US Cellular ZTE phone ? The SIM Card is currently in use by a different cellular brand which is I-Wireless (T-Mobile Affiliate)
 
I've no experience of USC, but carrier branded, subsidised phones are almost always locked so they only accept that carrier's SIMs. Your best bet may be to speak to USC (assuming that you are still a customer) and asking them to unlock it.
