"SIM Card Manager" Shortcut on Home Screen

I wonder whether there is an application can place a "SIM Card Manager" shortcut on home screen.

Currently, I have to go though "Setting" > "SIM Card Manager". :(
 
A lot of "aftermarket" launchers (like Nova or Action Launcher) provide the ability to create shortcuts to Settings entries. What launcher are you using?
