Help Sim card problem

Hey guys, bit of a tech noob here!

Got the Huawei P1 a little over a year ago and its been great so far. But in the last couple days its been playing up and wanted to see if I could get any advice?

1. Not playing any videos whether that be from snapchat/facebook or just on the phone

2. The up volume button isn't working (I can live with that one tbh)

3. And most importantly of all its saying it has no sim card.. Which is impossible since you cant take the simcard out.

All this stuff happened at the same time for no apparent reason.

Any help or tips I can get here?!

Make sure you have a video player, and that it's set as the default. (Default app manager can do that.)

3. And most importantly of all its saying it has no sim card.. Which is impossible since you cant take the simcard out.

Of course you can take the SIM card out. Maybe you can't take the SD card out (I don't know the phone), but the SIM card is removable. It may not be missing, though, it may have gone bad. Your carrier will replace it if it has.

It doesn't seem a coincidence that everything seemed to happen at the same time. Was it knocked/dropped or is there a possibility it got slightly wet/damp at all?

Theres a slight chance it got a bit wet. Any advice?
