Help Sim card settings Icon when I make a phone call

Hi there

I'm in New Zealand and recently changed my phone from the 2 degrees network over to vodafone. Now when I make a phone call I get an icon come up that looks like sim card tools/setting with no comments in the notifications. How do I stop this from appearing. Just a minor niggle with phone

Hi, to remove an Icon - Touch and hold the Icon until the Icon expands and the phone vibrates, without lifting your finger, drag the Icon to the Trash can.
When the Icon and the Trash can turn RED, the Icon is ready to remove.
Lift your finger to Release the Icon for removal. Cheers Neil.
