Sim card

I bought my Cliq used at only two weeks old. He kept his sim card, understandably.
I'm switching over to TMobile on the 18th from AT&T.

My question is: how much does T Mobile charge for a sim card vs. getting one from fleabay?
I'm talking new, not used.

Price for a SIM card is on T-Mo's site, visible when ordering a phone...$10.

When I was pricing out the phone plans, I never saw the sims cards separately.
This time I used the search bar. DOH! works wonders.
